Western Blot with DRG? - (Mar/28/2007 )

Hi!

I plan to do a Western Blot with protein I isolated from a P1,5 pup where I collect as much DRGs as possible. Since this is a very small amount of tissue has anybody some tipps what to take care of while extracting the protein? What buffer would you use? RIPA? Or just use Trizol?
