please be more precise: What do you like to do? Conc of Ab solution very much depends on the general aim (IB, IP, IHC, ICC, Ouchterlony, affinity column labelling, etc etc)

Hi, I have to inject a AB that recognize a membrane protein of CNS via IP in mouse. Then i evaluate the clinical score. This is a pilot experiment...That's all.
