how much PHA/Con A should i add? - (Mar/08/2007 )
Hi ev1,
pls suggest me some optimm concentration of PHA and con A. i m using them at 1-10ug/ml for PBMC proliferation, but XTT assay is not giving any increase in absorbance for mitogen stimulated cells.plese help

we use 50 ug/ml, PHA
