Invitrogen - complaint (Jul/01/2003 )

Is anyone else experiencing problems with primers from Invitrogen?? They just seem to be incapable of actually getting the sequence right, despite the fact that what´s written on the tube is as it should be.

No, can't say that invirogen sell bad primers. I used to order oligos from Metabion, but Invitrogen made a better offer so I changed... No bad experience here. Though once i had a wrong primer from Metabion, this one missing two bases at the 5' end and replacing a third with a wrong one.... And we have bought about 1000 oligos the last years... 0,1% fault isn't to bad. I think that happens from time to time in every corp...
