Immunoscreening difficulty - (Mar/01/2007 )

What is the number of colonies that generally have to be screened..And are there any big petri plates where a larger number of plaques can be screened at a go? Isn' t it too tedious to go about it in the small 90 mm plates? If anyone knows of alternatives, please share...:-)

we use 150mm plates for screening.
