Modeling of a cyclo-peptide with DeepView - (Mar/01/2007 )

dear all,

I would like to build a model of my cyclo-peptide which constists of Ala-Lys-Ala-Lys-Ala-Lys
how to make a bond between the NH of Ala1 and the CO of Lys6 with DeepView and/or BallView?
