Can anyone tell me where i can find information regarding the structures of retroviral vector? I want to know in more detail how each piece of the vector works... for example, LTR, etc.

Invitrogen sells lentiviral system so u would have more details in their site.

Agree with scolix. Invitrogen have some pretty good infos about retroviral vectors.
