T Cell Isolation from Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells - (Feb/23/2007 )

Is there a simple protocol for isolating and purifying T cells from PBMCs after LSM, Histopaque etc.? I need a pure population of T cells. Thanks.

you can use magnetic beads coated with specific antibodies.
