il-10 as we all know is an anti inflammatory marker it is valuable in dcreasing the titres of il-2 and other proinflammatory cytokines in the body.but could excessive il-10 be harmful too if yes then how and how it can then contribute in the pathogenesis of a disease?

Hi khushi,

to be honest, I think that you should be able to perform a medline search yourself, don't you? I am sure, there are some 500 reviews concerning the role of IL10 in health and disease and some of them are in free journals...

An example for such a search can be found here!
