Hi, is it necessary to eliminate RNA after retrotranscription, before real time PCR? or semiquantitative PCR?

In realtime rxns rna shouldn't be a problem unless you have a lot of other compounds carried over with the rna. However, excess unwanted rna will affect your loading concentration.
