Thank you very much for posting your wonderful protocol I started EMSA on Friday and I have beautiful results on my first and second trys your protocol ROCKS!!! Thank you very very very much!!!

only one thing I noted over time, if you add too much blue juice to your samples you will get a little blotchiness on the final image...otherwise, I ran a lot of emsas and had pretty good luck. I'm really glad it worked for you!
