Can anyone recommend the best FLAG and c-myc antibodies for co-IP? - (Feb/13/2007 )

I am in the process of setting up co-IP for protein-protein interaction in plants. I tagged one protein with 6xmyc and the other with FLAG. Can anybody suggest some good antibodies?

For flag tag you might try anti-flagM2 from sigma.

abcam has very good c-myc Ab
but very expensive

i agree with carmen for flag antibody. agarose m2 is very good in my hands and ver reproductive

I have had good results with the Stratagene M2 clone as well for FLAG.
