pcDNA3.1 /V5 His Topo - (Feb/11/2007 )

Hi, does anyone know whether pcDNA3.1 /V5 His Topo is a high or low copy vector?

it has a pUC origin of replication, so I reckon it will be high copy number.

mayb you'll need to check for ur transformation efficiency, ur electrocompetent cells and stuff....
