insulin receptor agonist and antagonist - (Feb/09/2007 )

I'm looking for a insulin receptor agonists and antagonists to describe and compare there structure with insulin. I have found agonists that activate the TK domein but not by binding to the receptor binding site. I prefer proteins that do bind the receptor binding site so I can compare them with insulin. Does anyone know a agonist and/ or antagonist protein for the insulin receptor.
