G+A Ladder - (Feb/07/2007 )

Hi,

Could somebody please explain to me how to interpret a G+A ladder, as used in DNaseI footprinting? I can't seem to find any good literature on the subject...

thanks

a G+A reaction produce G or A band, any band is either a G or a A. Here is the protocol

Here is an example of G+A marker (the M lane), Note the sequence annotation next to the ladder. The Cs and Ts between Gs and As have to be deduced from original sequence.
