How to draw the pic expressing the comparasion betwween 2 phylogenetic trees of - (Jan/31/2007 )

I want to draw this figure but I cannot. Guys, someone has any suggestion about the software for drawing it, plz, share with me. Thanks a lot.

Nobody has experiment in this field? Be sad in 5 seconds. Actually, I found one program can creat this figure, Phylipwy (treedist), but I donot know how I can run it. Some one can help me?
