About to run FACS: But I forgot my single stain controls! - (Jan/17/2007 )

I'm running FACS today and have have plated my cells on two 96-well plates (they were stimulated overnight).
However, I completely forgot to plate out cells for my single stain controls for FACS calibration!

Could I try to plate out cells now?

Any suggestions?

unless they need to be stimulated to express the marker, you don't need to plate them overnight.
is it the first experiment with these antibodies? maybe you could take the same compensation than a previous experiment with the same labeling.
