GPCR topology tool - (Dec/29/2006 )

hi

i'm wondering if anyone can help with a query i have.
is there a tool out there for example on the pubmed website whereby i can input a protein sequence of a GPCR and obtain the topology of it, for example the transmembrane domains of the GPCR; what's hydrophobic and hydrophillic in the overall structure etc.

You can try with the Expasy proteomic tools where the topology prediction tool is included. Take a look on the next link:
