bEND cells proliferation assay? - (Dec/16/2006 )

I am working with bEND cells and try to look at the response after stimulation with cytokines. Therefore I would like to do a proliferation assay. I tryed to do a a MTT assay, but it does not pick up any change after profilferation.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Some how same kind of experiment didn't work in my hand either when I used MTT as a measure of prolliferation.

can you use some other marker for cytokine effect on your cells?
