RNA isolation from PBMCs - (Jul/28/2001 )

Does anyone have a good protocol for isolating total RNA from isolated PBMCs?

I have been using the Sigma RNA purification kit, but not for PBMCs. Might be worth a try though.

use the standard TRIzol protocol (life technologies). It worked for me.
