hi Iwant to add a restricetion site to a sequence.

here the sequence

G GTT CGA TCT AGA ATG

I want to add an KPN1 site (GGTACC) and stay in frame.

I was thinking an aligo like :

...G GTA CCA CGA TCT AGA ATG....

my question is that does my oligo will work sinec it's not just a single nucleotide but 4 nucelotides change.
another thing is the CCA codon will provide a Proline. is it ok

what do you think guys?
