MTT assay of MCF-7 culture - what is duplication time of MCF-7 (Dec/11/2006 )

does anyone have idea of the duplication time of the MCF-7.


please let me know about the seeding density of MCF-7 in 96 cell well plate.

here a nice page about different cell lines.... MCF-7 seem to have a doubling time of approximately 50 h.

actually i am going to study the proliferative potential of one

compound on MCF-7. So for better calculation of inhibitory property i think i should give 24 hr and 48 hr incubation.


do you have idea regarding this.
