Specific Protein Database - Website? (Dec/11/2006 )

I am looking for a website or anything which contains a database of specific protein and/or enzymes in such cells or tissues. For example, specific protein found in Leydig cells. Or simple one is actin and myosin for skeletal muscle cell. Something like that. I need this to apply primary antibody in immunohistochemical staining to study their activity.

HPA (Human Protein Atlas) offers the opposite. It helps us to find cells/tissues/organs that specific for a protein/enzyme we already known. In my case, this is vice versa.
