Is it possible to break down a plant cell wall in a high temperature environment?

Define high temperature!, if you mean not LN2 temperature (e.g. for DNA extraction) you can use enzymes and/or mechanical disruption at room temperature, as well as ultrasonication (never tried, but should work).
