amount of extrated RNA - how much do u get (Dec/07/2006 )

just curious............how much (in ug) RNA are u able to extract once a time.............my highest is 70ug/ul

how much is your starting material ? tissue ? cells ? (how much or from which vessel)

from 5o ml culture medium, about 1-2 gm of mycelia powder
