RNA AMOUNT FROM LOW NUMBER OF PBMC - (Dec/05/2006 )

I extracted RNA from a very few number of PBMC, 100.000 or less, with RneasyMicro Kit from Qiagen, and I obtained these results:
from 100.000 PBMC, 84 ng total A260/A280= 2.02, A260/A230= 0.8
from 50.000 PBMC 50 ng total A260/A280= 1.44, A260/A280= 0.6

Did anyone obtain similar results?
I have to extract RNA from 50.000 or 100.000 monocytes, and I'm setting up a protocol!

Do you mean 100 PBMC and 50 PBMC or 100,000 PBMC or 50,000 PBMC?
