You can also go to dhamacon or ambion website and use the software there to search for potential siRNA sequence. They are free. I personally prefer the dhamacon. They even give you a scale mark for siRNA, which features the suggested siRNA fulfilled and which not

qiagen offers an online tool to design sirna, just paste the sequence you are interested in!
