The actual HA tag is as follows, 5' TAC CCA TAC GAT GTT CCA GAT TAC GCT3'
The amino acid seq.:YPYDVPDYA
And that is waht I have used. Works well!

my reference (and what was in the construct of the pCGN plasmid) is attached.
Seems the core HA tag sequence given is sufficent.
