making antisense probes from construct - which direction? (Nov/30/2006 )

Hi,
I'm having a complete mental blank.
If i want to make antisense probes from a construct which contains my insert in the correct 5'-3' fashion in a plasmid similar to pBS (see the attached picture)... should i use the T7 or T3 promoter?

err... T7 or T3 are RNA polymeases no?
i would use T3 polymerase as the template is your insert so the fragment synthetized will be your antisense probe.
