btw you should have two conditions : one with and one without the catalyzer

as is it might be used to determine Km and Vmax wrote "Determination of Km and Vmax of [enzyme xy]"; try also Lineweaver-Burk-plotting; it should be prefered to show especially if you like to show effects of agents on Km and/or Vmax
