Increasing ROS leves - (Nov/22/2006 )

Hi,
Does anybody know how to increase intracellular ROS levels? Can you hink of any chemical used?

TNF-alpha acting through its receptors; externally added H2O2 will shift the balance of antioxidant-oxidant in cells; many anticancer drugs; inhibitors for glutathione synthesis, too many to list.

in addition, S/T phosphatase inhibitors disregulating kinases increase ROS
