is the differende significant? - (Nov/22/2006 )

I just don't remember how to do it anymore and my statistic course starts next month. It is probably very easy for you.

I've measured the protein percentage in Men (70,24% ; 77,95% ; 69,15%) and AK (50,57% ; 46,05% ; 36,07%) so N=3. The protein percentages were already measured in duplo (no difference).

Is the difference between these groups significant? And how should I calculate this? Please fresh up my mind
