DMSO with DNA - How much damage (Nov/21/2006 )

Hello everybody. In my DNa dissolved in TE, DMSO (finlal conc-50%)got mixed by mistake. Could anybody suggest how to remove DMSO without damaging my sample? Will Phenol extraction I have carried out is effective enough?

Thinking on the final high concentration of DMSO, I think gel purification method can help.
