Please, anyone has a good protocol for DIG- in situ hybridisation to performe on paraffin section?

I've done that years ago, I have it at home. Could you possibly wait a couple of days to retrieve my papers? In between, can you be more specific which kind of target do you aim and which type of probe do you have? I did in situ hyb with DIG-labelled probe for TNFalpha transcripts in (10 years old!) paraffin embeded samples. I've prepared the probe by myself. It was a huge work to set it up, therefore if you can wait a bit...

dear lillimay sorry if I reply to you just now. me too i did in sity some years ago and I prepared riboprobe by myself with DIG. i would like to try now in situ on mammary gland tissue (embedded in paraffin) for some stem cells markers.
