taqman assay - contents (Oct/16/2002 )

Does anyone know the contents of the taqman mastermix, cause we have a lot of samples and to use the mastermix is too expensive

Final Concentrations in the Reaction (1X Formulation):
6% Glycerol
1X TaqMan Buffer A (Formulation available from PE, but basically PCR buffer plus
ROX to 60 nM 1X Concentration)
7.5 mM MgCl2
200 µM each dATP, dCTP, dGTP
400 µM dUTP
0.05 U/µL AmpliTaq Gold
x U/µL Amperase UNG
