RNA Degradation? - RNA Degradation? (Oct/13/2002 )

CAn someone tell me how to check to see if my RNA is degraded? Can i just run it on an agarose gel and look for ribosomal subunits? Please help.

Sure, that is a good way to determine if degradation has occured...
