Dissolving high concentration of SDS - (Oct/26/2006 )

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if any of you know any tricks on how to dissolve high concentration of SDS (20%). I am trying to make some 6x protein loading dye but is having difficulty dissolving it.

any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance!

By the way, the protocol I'm using is as follow:
Tris/HCl 750 mM pH 6.8
12% SDS
60% glycerol anhydrous
0.2% bromophenol blue
