I want to know that how I can culture blood vessel vitro and let thrombosis generate.

Check maybe pubmed or some journals and you will find answers in the Materials and Method parts. I have never had ay interest in blood vessels so I don't know, but I'll bet you should find something.

go to Pubmed and find a some of the recent stuff by R Nicosia and A Aplin

they do a lot of that with their studies on angiogenesis and they've set up a great method
