Transfecting KG 1 cell - (Oct/10/2006 )

Hi
I am trying to transfect KG1 cell using Amaxa Neucleofection Kit (electroporation). But my transfection efficiency is low(~35 %) and most of the cells(~60%) are died. Anybody have solution. or a better way to transfect KG1 cell?

u could try other transfection reagents like fugene or lipofectamine.

i dont work with KG1 cells. sorry

check literature, u might get some clue.
