Good Morning
I am looking for some chaperones. Can any body tell me about their experience of working with chaperones in E.coli.

I've expressed some heterologous chaperones in E. coli, these were expressed in inclusion bodies. I don't have experience with homologous chaperones in coli.

Is there any commerical chaperones avaible or i heard taht they wrok very well and increase soluble expression level.
