Noise in DNA sequencing peak reading - (Oct/06/2006 )
Hi folks,[font=Arial]
I often find that there is randomly noise appearing on DNA sequencer peak reading. Sometimes these noises background interfere and fuse with the real peaks. I wonder what cause(s) for making these and how to eliminate or minimize them?
Thank you very much to all and appreciate for helps!
Hi hsbc!
There can be different reasons for noisy peaks or higher background peaks...
Maybe you can compare your results with the examples of those websites to find the cause and the solution of your problems:
