Hydrophobic proteins extraction from yeast wall cell - How to extract hydrophobic proteins? (Apr/30/2002 )

Hello,
I look forward methods to extract hydrophobic proteins from yeast wall cells. I tried Triton X100 but it sounds that it is not that good help.
I'll be grateful to get any ideas, detailed protocols.

what is your strain, because you can use hot SDS, or EDTA, but becarefull, if you broke the cell wall you will have intra celullar proteins and or proteins linked to the cytoplasmic orientation of the cell wall.
