transfection of suspension line cells - method of how to do it (May/31/2002 )

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has transfected suspension line cells.  I know tranfection of adherent lines has been done, but I haven't found too much material on suspension line transfection.  If anyone can help out, that'd be great.  Thanks in advance.

we use to transfect lympocytes with lipid transfection system (ie: DOTAP from Roch, Tfx from Promega this latter is very efficient).
