problem with sequencing - (Sep/27/2006 )

Hi,

I meet some problems with DNA sequencing, I have tried to change the buffers but I got no change (I have not changed the primers). I do not know if it comes from the DNA quality (I have done a miniprep). Actually I got a sequencing profile which looks like a big mess (more artistitic than anything ).

Any suggestions?
