Flourescent-labelled substrate for luciferase detection - (Sep/22/2006 )

Hi,
I have to sort out luciferase-labelled murie-epithelial cells. I was wondering if there was a flourscent-labelled substrate so that I'd sort them by FACs

attach a GFP to a luciferse vector and transfect cells and FACS it. U will have luciferase positive cells sorted.

Clontech/DB biosciences sells pEGFPluc vector.
