BLAT serach program for beginners - How to interpret results (Sep/14/2006 )

Hi evry1, I'm an undergraduate student doing final year thesis project concerning bioinformatics. i cam across this program (BLAT) in the net. the big problem is i dont know hw 2 interpret the results, can any1 help me?????????

I'm not familiar with the program. What does the output look like? What information are you trying to find for which you've settled on BLAT?

thnx 4 replyin. actually It's a new tool developed by Kent at UCSC. the output i have attached in a word doc file below. the problem is with interpreting the side side by alignment.
