mutation in cancer cell line - (Feb/24/2001 )

I cloned a gene from human cervical cancer cell line, SiHa, and sequenced three other clones.The sequences were same and I found many point mutations(silence, 5% of whole cDNA)but only two amino acid substitution.

Please give yours professional advise for this many mutations.
