T cell culture - ag specific T cell culture (Sep/11/2006 )

Is there any one who has experience in antigen specific T lymphocyte culture? i set to culture T cells of Leishmaniasis patients with autologous monocytes but i need some references, papers, protocols and so on; ANY HELP?

I never worked with parasitic related antigens, but you can always try to give a look to the following manuscript, that summarizes the best methods currently used in identification of peptide specific T cell responses in humans: Montes et al, 2005 Clin Exp Immunol. 142: 292-302.
