T cell culture - (Sep/11/2006 )

Is there any one who has experience in antigen specific T lymphocyte culture? i set to culture T cells of Leishmaniasis patients with autologous monocytes but i need every reference, paper, protocols and so on; ANY HELP?

People here tend to be friendly and willing to help you out if they have any experience with your question, of if they know of any references that have dealt with the same kind of experiment. But give people more than 5 hour to reply, most are answering posts at their working place...
