MCF-7 staining protocol - nile red, or oil red o? (Sep/10/2006 )

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had a really good protocol on fixing and staining MCF-7s. I want to use nile red, and oil red o. I've got a couple of vague protocols, (but given my lab doesn't have the best track record of cell staining), i'd really appreciate it if anyone had a good protocol that has worked for them in the past. Any hints or suggestions are appreciated.

could you sned anyting on to me with that protocol?
